Automatic gluing machine

N-650A ( 850A ) Aulomatic feeder gluing machine with the function of automatic feed paper and gluing, with automatic temperature conlroller and 24- hours limer.The assembly lines with air suction device effectively prevent the covering paper of the box curling and bubbling. Using feeder paper system with spring scraper added prevent two pieces paper fed effectively, guarantee feeding only one piece paper every time. Hot melt glue (animal glue) and white glue are sanitary and environmental protection, recycling it can save costs, the speed of gluing can be arbitrarily adjust.

The main advantage of the machine is the design with intellectual property which effectively preventing glue drip. Making your belt clean, no glue dripping troubles. Added pause function effectively preventing the defect of too wide space between papers when feeding long strip papers. According to customers requests, we customize special machine for white glue with automatic glue back flowing function. Also customizing for customer to make pause positioning function, to prevent producing many defective products because of positioning offset or misalignment when the belt moving. Pause time can be arbitrarily set, using high precision photoelectric and color sensor controller to make pause accurately.
