Characteristics

♦ Fully-automated fast model with a single-color adjustment system, with a maximum speed of 90 meters per minute, enabling a significant increase in production capacity.
♦ The XJB model is equipped with an air knife system in the UV coating system so that the machine can easily UV polish thin paper. (Another air knife system can be purchased in the base  oil coating system).
♦ Dual powder removing system can ensure the cleanness of paper surface before varnishing, to improve the quality of varnishing.
♦ The UV lamp of UV curing&drying system has two modes: fully-lighting and semi-lighting states, which can extend the service life of UV lamp. The UV lamp holder can be moved up and down by air pressure system at emergency to ensure the safety and to reduce the loss.

Configuration

UV glazing system adopts reversal iron wheel to control the thickness of oil, avoid squeezing the rubber wheel
and ensure uniform oiling. Fully automatic paper feeding system and double dust removal system (XJT/B-4). The powder can be pressed first, and then the dust can be washed away with clean water to ensure the quality of the coating.

Imported UV curing system. The UV curing system has a full lamp and half lamp mode which can increase safety and reduce losses, and can also extend UV lamp life.
The bottom oil drying system uses 18 high-quality quartz tubes for fast drying. The control box adopts imported high-quality spare parts to make the machine run stably and smoothly.
